I am a straight man, and I knew this guy 2 years ago. We've been closest friend until now, when he suddenly shows up as a gay. And he said he loves me. This thing is totally shock to me and just knock me down.
I don't know what to do. I don't feeling offence to gays or lesbians in general, but...I am straight and of course can't accept this. But feel really sad and don't know how to treat him from now on, bcoz we've been best friend and helped each other a lot.
What should I do? need answers from both boys, girls, and gays, lesbians as well. thx

I'll use it mostly to keep in touch - work and family. I'm leaning toward simple, but maybe there's some great feature that I should have that I don't know about. I don't want to sign on for 2 or 3 years then realise I picked the wrong thing.

Do you think Yahoo would actually do some thing about all these hatefull remarks people are making on this site, if we all spent 5 minutes a day reporting the abuse? It trashes up the place and defeats the purpose of the site. I've reported loads of people every time they make a comment, but still it continues.

So LGBT people, why are you not reporting non-stop?

This time last year i was happy with my 4mnth relationship till i got sadly dumped in feb.. I was really low n depressed after that because i was totally into him n he made me feel different to all my boyfriend in the past. He really broke my hart n he quickly moved forward n got with his ex flame just after we had finished.. I thought id never be with anyone ever again but a few mounths after i decided to start dating again.. Beein unhappy all the time really wasnt doin it for me.. Seens then iv been with 2 lads and for some strange reason i keep getting dumped!!! The 1st just wanted to spend all his time with his m8s and the 2nd just went rong for no apparant reason.. They seem keen n then they just randomly end it!!!!!! What the hecks goin on... Am really scared of getting hurt again but if this carrys on am just gunna b 2 scared to comit to anyone.....

I've been out with this guy, I know his "hang outs", he seems interested, maybe playing games a little bit, he lets me know when and where he's going but hasn't invited me a 2nd time, so tonight I plan on going to the bar I know he's going to be at with a couple of my friends, am I going to look like a pathetic loser, or will it make him see I'm really interested? now...the pizza is really really good... the guys up the street know their pizza... it's a pleasure to bite into it..the perfect lightly burnt crust... simple sauce and bubbly cheese..sigh..so good...so good............ BUT!!! see then there's a great chinese restaurant a few blocks over that makes a serious moo shoo pork and their lo mein is loaded with great veggies... i'm slightly addicted to it..and they have amazing hot and sour soup....... cooking at home is not an option today as today i do not trust myself with a knife.... there you have it...you make the call...good luck

I've observed that a fair amount of people on these boards are closet religious fanatics that don't seem to think in the same logical way that one would expect people to think (ie: rationally).

Is this an effect of being born into religion or otherwise introduced to it at a young age?
