Sometimes happiness is overlooked because you forget to look at the open opportunities there in your life. Like....being an oustanding artist but living as a construction worker.....aand you have people lookin for artists in your area, and since drawing is your hobby and passion, you overlook the ads and the opportunities. Something to that extent. That and possibly some people don't notice the finer things in life and focus too hard on the complicated and the negative aspects of life.

Basically that when your not thinking about it happiness pops up out of no where and from the place you least expected it to.

The door signifies, keeping your options open, to allow the oppotunities to get through, that you might otherwise have never been aware of.
