I am a serious age group athlete generally finishing in the top 20% of my group. Even after several years of competing I still feel seriously ignorant about bikes. I know I need a new one, but I don't know where to start with research etc. My top priorities are FIT (my current bike never fit properly and holds me back) and, ease of use (maintenance, tire changing). Yes, this is important to me. The amount of info out there is overwhelming so advice on where to start, what questions to ask, what to read, etc. is very welcome. I do Olympic and half Ironman distances but will work up to my first full IM in '07 or '08. So new, good bike is critical. Thanks.

Okay Im 38 weeks pregnant and I am 1cm dilated, 90%effaced, soft and up-close. I want him here but at the same time I am kind of scared about labor..lol. I would like him here on his due date. Oct. 30th but me and my husband have been discussing Oct. 19th. Because it was his grandfathers birthday that he was very close to. I know there are things like walking and having sex to try and get yourself to go into labor. I was recently told that I was brought into the world with caster oil within 8 hours. However, I have also heard that it makes the pregnant woman miserable. I am scared enough of labor im not sure that I want to do that. Has anyone had any good experiences with it? Also I dont feel I can have sex every night because my pelvic bone has been feeling like its broken in half for the past week so it kind of hurts. I want it to be the 19th if possible so it can be even more special. So caster oil?? good bad and what else to do? Thanks for all your Help!!!!

i have been married 6 yrs 0ct 5 but together almost 9......i work my butt off trying to keep up my appearance.....with a full time job and 2 kids age 5 and 3 its all work no play....but he could seem to care less.....when we get intimate i still make sure i have taken a bath shaved my legs and brush my teeth...he seems to care less.....hes a nice lookin man and looks great no matter what but i just dont feel like he trys to impress me anymore......and im always still tyin.......why is this?

Because of the unexpected death of my precious precious father, my mother wants her two adult daughters, their husbands, and the six granchildren to meet far from everyone's home in a cabin to celebrate Christmas in a new way. Oddly, the property is called, "Our Heaven."

In trying to think about how to get going for the holidays, I wonder what people typically do when they leave home for the holidays. I'm an organizationally challenged person and just packing for a normal trip is apparently an ordeal for my family to observe.

I'm wondering about decorating at home - how much - the usual, just a token - yard decorations like those animatronic deer? Should I bake and bring things there? Should I bring decorations? What will help make it Christmas there?

What am I not even thinking about?

We're going away for a week starting the 23rd. We're driving. The cabin is an hour from anywhere, on acreage.

Like I go all out on him with cahrged light beam, then when he goes into morph ball, i dodge till he turns into the slime thing and chases you which is where i drop bombs. Then after repeating, I unload on him again when he turns solid, yet I can never get him lower than a quarter health before i die. Any tips that would help?

Trying to keep this short:
We have a new VP in our dept. Had some meetings where I had to step up for my employees and tell him he doesn't really know what all they are working on now- so until he does, I'd prefer he not give them additional "projects" just yet.
My employees love me for that- but stepped on the BIG guys toes. On Friday he and I had a meeting where he said I was an amazing worker/manager that he knows gets things done- but my bitterness was getting in my own way. He has also been badgering me with emails and questions.
I have been doing this for long enough to know I am basically screwed here.

How do I spin this- and make it better? More detail the better.
