Ok, so homecoming is tomorrow and i was wondering if there was any easy hairstyles i could do. My curls arent very defined and they arent small curls either (im mixed with filipino and black) i dont want to straighten my hair and i dont want to put it in a ponytail. Does anybody have any other ideas i could try and you could explain to me how to do them?
Also i still have to go to school and i want to do my hair in the morning since i wont have time to fix it afterschool so is there anything i can do so my hair wont get messed up during the day? EXCLUDING anything thatll give my hair a crunchy feel. THANK YOU

why is it that when I honestly try and share my blog with sexy lisbians, they say no and are really rude about it. But when you look on their sites, you can see that they are friends with so called women who are obviously men pretending to be women. Are they that dump? My boyfriend works second shift and he usually comes home right after work but all this week he has been coming home later and last night he came home 2 1/2 hours late. What has upset me is I don't come in the house at all hours of the night so why should he and so I told him he had to go and I put him out. Now he says he wasn't doing anything. He says he was just hanging out with the guys from work. Plus I was getting upset that he is taking me for granted. I cook, clean his clothes, take him back and forth to work, I was making myself available to him in the bedroom and he would only want me to be good to him and he would not want to be good to me---if you get my meaning. I would try to talk to him and tell him how I was feeling about our relationship and he would turn the conversation around to make it sound like I was blameing him and I wasn't blameing him for anything. I felt like he wanted me to be open with him but he wasn't with me and he would just throw me a bone whenever

I've started a job at a place 6 months ago at a place that caters to the mentally retarded. The job is okay, my staff are great, and for the most part the mentally retarded clients(consumers) are great. However I have problems with higher level co workers whose only goal appears to belittle me and disrespect my staff.

One goes around bashing my paperwork even though she isn't familiar with the work. She writes comments that makes her come off like she knows the consumers more than staff, and in some cases, their parents. She has no involvement with my building nor with my consumers.

Another one is a Behavior Specialist. She has these delusional ideas about these people and she won't consider the opinions of the staff who actually see them everyday.

Also lately people have been transferring consumer to and from my building without me having any say. I would probably say yes but they leave me out of the loop.

To top it off, the director my boss sides with them.

ok, i've had cramping throughout this pregnancy. i've felt what i thought almost every kind of cramp! lol today i feel low cramping, it's really difficult to describe. they're different than any of the other cramps i've felt. these feel like...my uterus it's self is cramping. i've been going potty alot today because it literally feels like my period is starting. it's like everytime i go, i wouldnt be surprised to see my period has started. are even these cramps normal?? without getting tired mid-afternoon & my breasts being a little tender still, i wouldnt even think i was pregnant. i'd think that the test and ultrasounds were just wrong in some way, ROTFL! if i strain to do #2, there is pink on the tissue, not good, right? the cramping is really low in the middle front and and in my hips & a little in my lower back as well. it's an achy feel, it stays for a little while, maybe 20-30 mins, then lets up. it returns maybe an hour or two later. i'm 10 weeks along now.
