garnier fructis mousse honey. That stuff works! Take a shower in the morning, roll your hair in a towel on your head, dry for like a minute, then add mousse, put towel back if its not dry, then staighten (NOT YOUR BANGS!) the hair thats right above your fore head, like literally an inch at the most, 1/2 inch maybe... start from your forehead-go towards your ears, the surrounding part of your head, I did this, its gorgeous. Good Luck and Have Fun!

You are in luck i luv giving out hairstyle tips. Ok here is wat you can do if you have bangs,
STEP1: Flip your hair a little to the left side of your hair (like the line in your hair in the middle)
STEP2:On your right side of your head put your hair behind your ear and pin it there.Do the same to your right.
STEP3:Bring your cangs over to the left side of your face and gently apply a spray. Now you have a hairstyle of Kristin Cavsllari
Also you can...
STEP1:Grab your hair so it looks like a ponytail but down low.
STEP2:twist it a copule of times and put it up straight then apply a octopus clip and puff the top prart a little bit. Now you are done
Also you can...
STEP1:Grab a littel part of your hair in the front and clip it above your ear do for both. Now you are done easy as 123.
you can do anyone of these

I have the same kind of hair... I use sunsilk anti-poof shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner/gel... I do not blow dry my hair, only towel dry, and I put it back in a bun during the day... when I go out for the night, I just take it out of the bun, spray in a little bit of spray gel, comb through lightly with my fingers, and either wear it down or pull back just the front with a barette

After washing and conditioning your hair, section it in 1 inch sqares and twist each section. Put a light gel on it when you are done, just a little. See this picture for your example: http://www.naani.com/index.html?lang=en-us&target=d81.html&lmd=38951.361748
after school, run your finger through each section and separate the twisted strands. This will give you wavy ringlets that are NOT frizzy. I am african american with typical course hair and it works for me.

Work it with wax... apply hair wax to each strand. That's what my sis does... your hair sounds just like hers.
