My wife has been in the navy for a year,I ship for boot in three weeks.No straight answer yet.

Military life is really a hard life expecially if both of the couple are in the service. It is a patriotic act and the couple have to sacrifice.

Depends on how compatible the career paths for each of your MOSs are -- and what duty stations are available.

DO check the box for "JOIN SPOUSE" when you are requesting your potential duty assignments. The service does try its best to assign spouses together most of the time, but remember that your service is at the needs of the United States. Sometimes, you are separated by a few miles, sometimes longer.

depend u job, if u in ship probably no hope unless she is another ship in the same homeport or in support command of that base. one of easier way probbaly in squadron, she might be in another squadron in same base, is common actually happend when them get married same command, then got move to nearby squadron that's all. if u and u wife got similar rate chance is much easier i think.
