Lets say you are on a 4 lane road. A school bus has stopped (let's call this lane 1) . I know that the car going in the same direction (lane 1) behind the bus has to stop and the remaining car in the other lane (lane 2) going the same direction has to stop. Also the car going the opposite direction (in lane 3) has to stop. What of if you are in the outer 4th lane? Do you have to stop? I come across this everyonce in awhile when I am in this lane. I stop, but a lot of people who are behind me get pissed and start honking. What is the law? Please no disrespectful answers! Thanks!

Here in the UK the NHS has problems but I have always considered the patient comes first,Imagine my consternation by a question from the superb Americans who claim to be kind considerate and caring about the cost of supplying oxygen to a patient based on his ability or not to pay for it.And you call America an advanced culture,No I am not anti American it just makes me feel ashamed and angry that I belonged to the medical fraternity.
It seems that the Americans have lost their ability to care for the sick and elderly unless that decision is based on insurance or how big your wallet is.

That some people hold onto a literal heaven and hell so strongly because they don't believe that the world we live in is fair? There are good people all over the world from various religions or of no belief in all, who treat people kindly and with love and respect. However, sadly there are also those who murder and commit violence from various religions or none. I accept this as a sad fact of life. What are some of your thoughts?

IMHO, they do. The first Christians didn't believe in a literal heaven and hell, they were Gnostics and sought knowledge and heaven and hell were from within. I'd be curious to know when such a literal vs. a spiritual interpretation began. Probably with the early Catholic church to the best of my knowledge.

Recently he has become less active and has been eating less and drinking more. He also has losed about 15 pounds. I took him to the vet about a month ago when he was just not eating, and the doctor put him on a special diet for a week and gave him antibotics. After he finished special diet and medication he seemed to be back to normal, but the last two weeks he hasnt been very active and seems to be mopping around, and urinating for long periods of time, and drinking more water than usual. The doctor also took blood and urine samples and everything came back normal. He is at the vet as we speak getting x-rays. I just wanted to know what I should prepare my self for?

Hi, I have a French MA in Law. I have been working for international organisations and I would need to get the bar exam, to access better career opportunities. I do not intend to work as an advocate, just to get the diploma to put it on my CV. I would like to take the bar exam in a country where it is as easy as possible, either a French or an English speaking country. I can go to study for one year anywhere in the world, so options in Africa, Asia, North America etc.. are welcome. Many thanks in advance.
