Yes you can wear Capri's through out the year. In summer with tshirts, spaghetti, gangis, shirts and in winters sweaters, jackets, full sleeves shirts, Polo neck tops. You could team them up with all size of shoes... heels, osho chappals, flats, platforms ankle length boots, sport shoes etc etc

People wear dresses throughout the year and they are fine with it.
Honestly though, capris look better in the spring and summer. I dont now if they would look right on people in the winter. That is the same with sandels. They look good in the summer but not the winter or fall.

I think you can wear capris through the year! Even through the winter. With a pair of knee high boots you'll look hot! I do it all the time.

Sure, why not. In the winter you could wear of pair of knee length boots- that looks really cute with capris that are knee length or a little below the knee.

dont dare wear capris in heavy winter when -20 wind chill blows,, infact wear thermowear inside and then cover ur body,
mind u, cold enters body quickly thru feet, so wear snow shoes,
taek care, and enjoy ur winter,, dotn act such that winter will make u sick,

Yes, you can even wear them in winter w/ boots (cute ones, not snow boots or anything)
