Hi, I have a French MA in Law. I have been working for international organisations and I would need to get the bar exam, to access better career opportunities. I do not intend to work as an advocate, just to get the diploma to put it on my CV. I would like to take the bar exam in a country where it is as easy as possible, either a French or an English speaking country. I can go to study for one year anywhere in the world, so options in Africa, Asia, North America etc.. are welcome. Many thanks in advance.

Have you considered France, or a french-speaking african country? It depends on what kind of international organization in which you are interested in working. The safest bet would be to take the New York bar, but I do not know whether your degree qualifies you for that. Bonne chance.

Well, if you are fluent in English and French and you would like to go study in French or other parts of the world; then, you should go to the state of Louisiana. The state of Louisiana have a different law process than the rest of the 49 states. Where it is you are guilty until proven innocent instead of innocent until proven guilty, and it is as same as it is in France and any other countries that has french ties in their heritage.
Now, don't quote me how the law actually works, but having lived in Louisiana for so long, and some of my families are in the law enforcement business, I think you would enjoy studying in Cajun Country.

Good Luck.
