to me the idea of 1 supreme god sounds dangerous?

i supreme being is always a dictator. could this idea of allah been 1 supreme being the reason why islam has never tasted democracy? i like the christian dogma of jesus been god, because the life he lived based on kindness is more touching than the islamic dogma of almighty allah.

Why do people stubornly stick to 16th century english?

And a version at that! The KJ-Version was a wonderful adaptation and translation that suited the reigning king at that time, but it was done under fear of loosing one's head!
Much new research shows that there were in it ;
more than 1500 errors!
Yet people stubbornly continue to use it thinking it is perfect.
Absolutely no disrespect intended. People at the time did the best they could, but the language is archaic and, were Jesus to spend some time talking with you, he wouldn't use it.
He would talk with you in your native language!
Yes some things loose their meaning when languages change, that is why God confused the language at the tower of bable, or at least one of them.
Just some thoughts that I have had running in my mind, as I said, no disrespect intended. I have several versions myself. Won't you consider haveing a great day?

Do you pay your own mother to babysit your kids?

It is maybe 1-2 times a month and a full blown meal is prepared before I go out w/ hubby so she doesn't have to cook. Come home kitchen's a mess and the kids are sleeping on the couch. What do you think????

Why are people afraid of "butting in" on NKorea!?

Do you people even know what is going on over there?!!!
I suggest you look at some hidden camara documentaries on NKorea and what is happening over there, maybe then you will understand that this dictatorship has to be destroyed in the name of freedom, humanitarianism and everything that is decent.

THis may be a silly question....if you really like a someone, and you've been dating them.?

This peson is a decent man, he works and is very dedicated to his job, he works mad overtime to pay off his bills. The dilemma is that I hardly see him, he does call me daily, but I'm feeling more like a best friend than a girlfriend. He is reserved person and I am ougoing and love showing gestures of affection...he is shy. So now I am sort of holding back with my gestures and caresses...I feel like I am holding back I adore this man, but I am not being myself.....when he feels pressure he shuts down, I don't want him to do this, but I want more out of him....how should I go about this? I know he cares....how can I make him open up more...

Effect of giving a 7 month Newborn Beer? What are they.? ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS?

Yes I was wondering can anybody tell me what the effects would be if you gave beer directly to a 7 month y/o newborn who was 2 months premature?

I'm not talking about the mother drinking and then breast feeding. I'm talking about the mother putting the can of beer to the infants mouth and letting the infant drink a couple swallows of beer.

I don't know what effects beer could have on a newborn at 7 months who was 2 months premature. I'm afraid that it could cause a lot of damage. Can anybody show me what the effects could/would be and give websites that talk about this.

Only serious answer please.

So don't assume anything. I am not the one giving beer to anyone.

Second It's a friend of mine who just had her baby is doing this and its desturbing the crap out of me.

This is why I asked this question.

What do you do when children are mentally abused?

My poor little neighbor girls get screamed profanities at everyday and are crying and screaming everyday. They are both under 5. I've never heard them being physically abused but the crying and screaming is starting to affect my own child what now?
