How accurate are ultrasounds in early pregnancy? Accurate answers only please.?

How accurate are ultrasounds in the 6 week to 16 week period? Are the earliest the most accurate, and are they still off by a few days. I need very accurate, and experienced by moms answers only, please.

why does the cooling coil in a frost free refrigerator ice up, blocking air flowing from freezer to lower area

The compressor runs OK, as does the fan behind the freezer compartment. Items in the freezer are alright too. It's just that due to ice forming on the cold pipes stops air flowing down through the relatively narrow vent into the main storage compartment

How do you get over being depressed about your weight when you're doing everything you can to lose it?

I have been walking 2 to 3 miles a day for 5 days a week and I have completely stopped eating unhealthy. All I eat is skinnless chicken, turkey and fish, veggies and I may only take in about 20grams of fat per day. I'm not trying to lose 5 or 10 vanity pounds, I am trying to lose 80 lbs and I am doing everything in power to do it, but why do I feel so miserable, sad and depressed?
