Having 2 family members fighting in the Iraq war places them in harms way when the Hollywood no nothings bash our President and our country for the whole world to see and hear. I want to be able to sue these people in order to keep their mouths shut..and tend to their stupid business of acting out their low morals, instead of trying to influence others . Is there a good lawyer out there willing to take on the challenge pro bono?

about a week ago i had an interview at lowes. this was my first interview ever. she started asking questions, which i expected, but then she asked what was my biggest weakness or something i couldnt do well. i told her wearing heels... needless to say no ones called me or returned my calls. tomorrow i have an interview for krogers. does anyone have any tips or something i could say for weaknesses? i get EXTREMELY nervous, more nervous than A LOT of other people do when i have to answer questions like that. i hate bragging about myself so i dont know how i can overcome this or what to say. anything will help....

Would you rather be a full time or part time agent? What are the reasons for you to pick a full tim vs a part time position.

This afternoon i went to walamrt and i am a teenager and the minute i walked in there i was apporached by a worker and told me i was trespassing and immeditaly needed to leave, i asked why and she said i am trespassing, ( i am guessing she has had bad experiences with teens) so the managar came oo and told me i needed to leave and i asked can you show me why i need to leave and she called the police so i jsut left cuase i did now want anymore hassle, Now my real quiestion is Are they legally allowed to do that? I literally only walked in, and i was told i was trespassing and need to leave and they were very rude in saying so as well, and keeep in mind i had done NOTIHNG at all, and had no bad intention to, So are they allowed to jsut kick me out of the store right when i walk in, like is that legally allowed? if someone could provide legal info that would e great, thanks in advance

Happened as I was exiting an empty parking lot and a minivan was entering and turned into me, hitting my rear driver's side door. The guy admitted it was his fault and he would pay for the damages. I got his name, business card, driver's license #, and license plate. He then said it is my choice whether to report it and claim it through my insurance. I said we can resolve this without involving them. No cops were involved. I told him I will draft a brief letter (indicating that he will be willing to pay for the damages) and have him sign i tomorrow. He was ok with that, and we went off on our merry ways. He seemed genuine to me, but of course, that means nothing. So my questions are:

1 - did I do the enough in this situation?
2 - Should I report the accident to the Collision Reporting Centre?
3 - If I do report it, are they going to contact my insurance co.?
4 - Any other advice you can give me?

Okay, so I asked a question a while back about WHY I was having an irregular period for 2 week straight because I was spotting brown blood....well here I am 2 1/2 weeks later....telling you that I have been bleeding for over a MONTH...except...after the first 2 weeks of irregular spotting...it turned to a period like my normal period...EXCEPT the fact that I have been having it for 2 1/2 weeks....and just for the past 2 days...it has been the HEAVIEST EVER.....I have no clue what is wrong with me and I have NO money, no health insurance, and no Medicaid; so therefore....no way to see a doctor unless I get ANOTHER doctor bill that I won't be able to pay for, for a LONG time :**(
