Is he above reproach? Can you not even mention his name in conjunction with ongoing issues from his administration without being accused of "blaming" him for something?
I don't want to hear about Monica if you can help yourself. It's hard sometimes. I know.

Firewomen: Bush said mistakes were made in Iraq. He also took responsibility for Katrina. But that's hardly the point.

Doesn't seem like it. I think many of them think he IS above reproach except for that silly little Monica thing, which was none of our business anyway. (I swear I didn't see any answers before I wrote this.)
I am frankly surprised to hear that many of the issues we are facing today (and that they criticize Bush for) are lead directly back to the Clinton administration. Not only do you not hear about those connections from your everyday Democrat, but the mainstream media never says a word, either. Just today I was made aware that the nuclear problem we're having with North Korea is because Clinton told Albright to give them what they asked for when they promised they would stop causing trouble and "be nice." Hasn't happened yet!
This really is a great question! You've got it so right on the money that it's spooky!

democrats have lots of criticism of clinton. back in the normal days, when america wasn't being run by a fascistic gangster draining our treasury, we had normal debates on real issues.
liberals didn't like his embrace of the drug war - his brother's history made him a law enforcement guy on that matter. liberals didn't like his don't ask/don't tell cop out and no one liked his health care plan.
a lot of people didn't agree with his support of nafta.
this has nothing to do with what republicans do with clinton's name - there is no reason to mention monica in connection with foley; it's not related. the path to 9/11 was a smear job on clinton, as many associated with the 9/11 commission said. the bush administration did many things from 1/01 - 9/01 that undid hard work of the clinton admin on terror - including programs tracking bin laden's body and his bank accounts - we know condi ignored an urgent plea from tenant to do something about an impending attack and as all this information has been coming out, the bush admin desparately needs to distract and remind everyone of clinton - with lies, no less - because the bush admin has only fear and the lie that they somehow did something right on 9/11 to keep up its support.

You nailed that one MEL T! For some dumbass reason the dems think they are perfect and so was clinton. This is the party that says: Its cool to be gay... unless you are a Republican. We need more Blacks in high paying positions... just not in the White House while we are in charge. Lets send the troops into war but not vote to give them funding. Lets give N Korea nukes and in 8 years blame a Repubilcan president for not stopping it... Talk about your freakin FLIP FLOPS!
I refuse to put caps on such words as democrat or clinton... I do not respect them for their socialistic views, it's not a typo.

Sure Clinton made mistakes, he admitted he make mistakes, unlike the one in the White House who as far as I know has never admitted to any mistakes.

Clinton was perfect and did nothing wrong. Of course the impeachment was all about sex and had nothing to do with lying under oath.

Yes, he should have told the repuglicans to mind their own business when they brought Monika into the picture. He should not have lied to the court he should have told them it was none of their business. He should have never went on TV and said I did not have sex with that woman, he should have went on TV and told everybody that it was a private matter and if they didn't like it to f off.
