I advise it! Cold A-1 sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, and mustard do NOT taste good cold, and warming these sauces makes them break down and taste like flavored water. I never refridgerate any of the products except for prepared mustard, to use in salads and sandwichs. It will not go bad. There are enough preservatives in the products to keep them for years. I havent died yet, and Ive had all the flavor I needed. I advise you to keep your sauces in your pantry, theyre at their best that way.

put some on the plate before cooking the steak -or right on to the cooking steak-it will be warm either way when the steak gets done-keep the bottle refrigerated unless u can use up a bottle in a week-leave it out-unless temps over 110 or under 19 degrees its appoximate freezing point-is hard to use frozen to pour-david in his amazing grace

Yes it's fine. It might go bad faster.
You could marinate your steaks in it too!
Or, you could learn how to make a great tasting steak so you wont have to use steak sauce =P.

You should refrigerate it. Just take it out of the fridge about an hour before you eat.
