Having 2 family members fighting in the Iraq war places them in harms way when the Hollywood no nothings bash our President and our country for the whole world to see and hear. I want to be able to sue these people in order to keep their mouths shut..and tend to their stupid business of acting out their low morals, instead of trying to influence others . Is there a good lawyer out there willing to take on the challenge pro bono?

Don't hold your breath. I don't think you will find a lawyer who will challenge the 1st Amendment of the Constitution .
Freedom of speech is the law of the land.
People have a right to express their opinions just as you have a right to yours.

It's called freedom of speech and you can't take away someone else's rights unless they are directing infringing on your rights, which in this case, they aren't. Besides, talking trash about soldiers (although disrespectful) does not place them in direct harm's way. Besides, your family members are fighting for yours and their basic rights so you'd be fighting against the very thing your loved ones are protecting. If it bothers you that much, turn off the tv
