In some middle eastern including Saudi Arabia, Iran, Mauritania, Sudan, Somalia and Yemen homosexual acts leads to the death penalty. Some Muslim nations, such as Bahrain, Qatar, Algeria, and the Maldives, homosexuality is punished with jail time, fines, or corporal punishment.

And pedophiles should simply be shot on spot, or at least slowly tortured.

Should more countries follow this lead?

town most girls are nice and slim but soon they start putting on weight and as they move to live in towns else where (As they move to town and cities in the interior states and away from the border) they pack on weight really fast and you hardly see any Mexican girl that is slim and trim who lives far away from the boarder or any mexican girl that has been in the USA for a year or so and still slim and trim.

Do you think its the cheap American fast food or we does the USA just have a good welfare system...........or what other reasons can you think of .........

I did a lab the other day and part of it was to find out if a reaction took place. One in particular was:
Zn(NO3)2+Cu-->Cu(NO3)2+Zn

The only reason I knew nothing had happened in this reaction (besides the teacher tellin me) is that the final solution was not blue. (I think that means that the Cu did not dissolve into a solution with NO3?)

Anyway, our homework for this lab has asked the question:

Will the following reaction occur?

Fe(NO3)2(aq) + Cu(s) -> Cu(NO3)2(aq) + Fe(s)

I am a little confused as to what he could be asking. Does this mean anything to anyone? Again, we are working with Redox.

i asked that question 3 weeks ago this is not really a question just a thanks. some one said go to the er right away. so i did. i ended up have viral meningitus. very bad. that *migrain* ever one kept saying it was lasted 2 weeks. i was in the hospital for 5 days just want to say thanks for telling me to go. cause i would have waited. just thank you. you really helped me. i a not sure if any of you are familiar wuth viral meningitas but you can go blind def and even die. just thank you so much.

so I'm debating whether I should move onto campus when I go back to college. I took a bunch of classes at this university while I was in highschool and I took the semester off after graduating. and now I have the option of paying like thousands of dollars to move on campus or stay at home for a couple hundred. An apartment with roommates is kinda sketchy, and I'm not attached to any high yeilding bank account... so any advice from previous experience - living on campus, staying at home with a mom and sis for a fraction of the cost? Do you think it makes a big difference with the social scene, growing up or whatever? thanks for your time and highly anticipated help.

I guess only i can sort of answer this and it's kind of stupid to ask this to other people, but if this is the only place that gives me a forum to vent so be it. I dunno, but lately I have just been feeling sort of dazed, lost, confused, and find myself cotemplating on what the hell i'm doing with myself, what i want, and what i don't have. You could say it's an empty feeling, but it's not exactly like i'm depressed because it's not in the sad sense just more mellow and removed. I have really poor eyesight, especially in my left eye, but it's correctable with contact lenses. However, for as long as I can remember, I've had almost no depth perception.
I recently found that if I squint, the world becomes way more three-dimensional. I believe it's because my right eye is much stronger than my left, and squinting allows me to handicap my right eye so that they're equal.
Is there any way I can develop better binocular vision and improve my depth peception?

Lately, I've been feeling really insecure with myself. I have a hard time talking to people because I always mess up my words and that has led me to close off to many of my friends. I'm just too afraid of other's judgements and their opinons about me that it consumes my mind whenever I talk. I'm scared of people not listening or interrupting me to the point that it's unreasonable and my thoughts become a big jumble. What can I do? I feel so hopeless and I hate myself for being this way =( I don't have anyone to talk to about this so please any advice is gladly taken!
