If you had to choose....Would You Rather Live In A Police-State, Or A State-of-Anarchy?

Myself, I wouldnt automatically pick anarchy, but havent humans lived in complete anarchy for 99% of our existence?

Anarchy is only slighter better, and yes at the surface this is
the natural state of the universe. Entropy always increases.

I'd choose anarchy -if I had to. Fortunately I don't.
