I have always struggled with my weight. I have gone up and down almost my entire life. I have been on Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, three day diet, my own just eat healthy diet, I have exercised... off and on... I have completely feel way off track and desperately need a spark. It is so hard for me to start back up this time because I know the hard work it is going to take and I feel like I climbed the mountain, made it to the top and fell off and have to climb all the way back up again and I am discouraged. I know I have to do it but its so hard for me to get started. Is there anyone that is willing to share their story with me and any words of encouragement and maybe a jumpstart plan for me.
