Yes. They should be investigated. All because he is the President doesnt give him the right to make any decision that he feels is required to "keep America safe". Spying, wire tapping... whatever to keep Americans safe. There is a process that must be followed.
If we REALLY wanted Bin Laden we would have him. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind. Our country is not so primitive when it comes to intelligence. They can play stupid and say it was just bad intel or that they have no way of knowing what is going on. They could have resolved the whole issue by placing someone close to Saddam and just killed him.. just like they could place someone in the taliban and have them get close and take out Bin Laden. Its all a matter of WANT to.. and right now the government choses not to. US is not a pristine country. We do torture, we do ALL of things that we condemn other countries for. We are no better.
Our government needs a scouring, from the white house right down to our local officals. It is time that OUR government starts offering a HAND up instead of keeping pushing us down.
We are ONLY as free as they allow us to be..

It will depend on whether the American Public gets to know the real story of the plunder undertaken by Thules. If they ever find out what has really been going on, there is no telling what might happen to the many men behind this appalling tragedy. Though there are many who would feel some sense of justice in this, it probably won't happen until much later because the kind of instability the investigation would cause would be too disruptive to our society and what we really need to be giving our energies to. So, they very likely will get away with this for some time to come.

If the Democrats take control of EITHER house (HOR or Senate), there will be impeachment hearings. Also, any funding for Iraq or Afghanistan, gone. The Bush Presidency will come to a complete standstill because the Democrats will not allow anything that even so much as FAVORS Bush in any way whatsoever to go through.
Government will, essentially, come to a halt.

The lie is that Bush lied! The problem you have with a question like this is that many people on Yahoo Answers are actually informed.
The Dems saw the exact same info as Bush did, and now because of politcs they said they were misled, its disgusting.
England, Russia, France, CLINTON (your buddy), and other countries all said the same thing.
Do you know who drew up the plans to invade Iraq? Do you? No, do you?
It was the Clinton administration!
You don't like the war, ok. Of course hindsight is 20/20. But you really don't like Bush, thats it baby!!!

It is possible, but not highly likely that the Congress will investigate the activities of the Administration. However, don't count your chickens before they hatch, this is going to be a damn close election cycle.

Investigation will prosper only if there is someone brave enough to initiate a formal filing of the case that must be supported with strong evidence.

Contrary to popular belief, both parties are in bed together. Nothing will be done unless it will benefit politically. Even then, nothing will be resolved. But the other side will say "We tried" so vote for us etc...
