Safe if used correctly. Never mix bleach and ammonia. Make sure you have good ventilation if using strong concentrations of either. Make sure they are properly labeled and follow the directions for spills or splashes, especially on skin or in eyes. keep away from children. I like bleach best myself because we know it kill HIV and hepatitis viruses.
