My friend was killed in a tragic accident in October 18 years ago. Since then, I won't even be thinking of him and close to the time he died he seems to be in my head all of the time. Is this odd or is it just something in my sub-conscious?

I have a friend who acts as though she has multiple personalities. In reality all she did was name different aspects of her personality. For instance, if she does something a little more wild than she normally would she says that it was one of her other personalities. Basically, she has named the devil and angel on her shoulder.

I have recently begun to lose control of my emotions. I'm in a long distance relationship and the smallest things seem to bother me now. Little things that I know should bear no weight end up sending me into depression because of the little voice in the back of my mind that overthinks everything. If I name that little voice and act as though it is something seperate from me, maybe that will help me to ignore it. Or maybe it'll just make me more crazy.

Anyway, is this normal?

Most of my tapes are home videos, I have a few commerical tapes from the mid-80's to early 90's that are not out on DVD and would like to preserve them. I'm tried of waiting, I want to get rid of these tapes. Taking up too much space.

I have the following equipments right now and would like to know what else I need to buy to make this happen:

1) Daewood DVD-VIDEO player (only the Video is working)
2) Phillips DVD player
3) Comcast Motorola DCT2500 digital cable service

I'm not tech savvy, simple but detailed explanations would be appreciated.

I know I'll probably need a DVD recorder, but can I just buy a stand alone since I have the DVD-VIDEO player?

I really like this guy I know through playing music. I am absolutely nutso about him--he is THE ONE as far as I am concerned. The first time we played music together, I asked him out, and he hesitated and said "yes," finally. We had a great time; nothing happened, but he spoke in very tender and affection terms about me. Problem is, later I found out far too late from a source I told to do research he has a girlfriend; I guess I should have asked first, right? But I'm not getting over him, and he has lately started flirting and sending subtle signals and I want to go out with this guy!!!!! I only ask, because I am a single father of two beutiful girls. I tend to find that most woman I come into contact with think I am looking to "hook up" or what ever, and give me the cold shoulder. I guess this boils down to is this how woman have become? in the past woman believed a man that would do anything for his kids were great, now we are looked upon as (and I use this term very losely)pervs just trying to get some.

I am married and I have just returned from Iraq. My wife has a Yahoo 360 website and it doesnt state that she is married. She has alot of guys on here friends list, but I am not on it. She says that when they IM her they can look at her profile and it will tell them that she is married, but if they just search profiles through Yahoo 360, they would never know that she is married. Should I be concerned about this. She says that they are just her friends.

Last night i dyed my hair dark brown from caramel highlighs....its almost black now!!!!how can i make it fade faster? and would a colourist be able to put the caramel highlights back in without it going a worse colour? could i do this right away? my hair is naturaly medium brown nd im really worried about showing people, my mum already said she hates it. somebody help!!!!

what would you do if your bf/gf ditched you?

here's the problem:
My bf asked me to go to knott's with his co workers and he told me that he would pick me up from work after im done with it. And then he sent me a message and he was saying that he will not go afer all because he was with his cousins.(There was a party) And then the next day, he told me that "i dont wanna lie to you, and yes i went to knotts with my cousin and my co workers". And I dont know how to react. I was mad at him until now. But should i break up with him?

It was not confirmed a food poisoning condition. But symptoms started as severe vomiting and nausea. FEver stated within 24 after vomiting. Next 3-4 days, fever was on & off and usually peaks at night time to 40C. after 7 days, scans showed abcess in the liver. The patient is diabetic and has maintenance medicine to control blood sugar.
