My friend using word 're treat" as re assessments, is it ok?

If you mean "to treat again", then no, you would need to write "re-treat" (the hyphen helps to show it has a different meaning than "retreat - to move back").

There is a word "re" (pronounced "ray") which means "regarding, or in reference to", so if you mean to say "regarding treat", then this is correct.

The word re treat - to treat again. There is another word known as retreat - it had a few different meanings. I think you ask your friend which word is he referring
