I was looking into this hotel...any locals that can give me some info or some advice?

I want to find cost effective place to stay when i go to the phillipines....But i heard that all of the less expensive hotels (three stars and less) are places people take their misteresses to sneak around. are there any hotels in the area of the hotel i listed that are inexpensive, and still clean? i'm not conserned with how luxurious the place is because i only plan on being there to sleep. i just want a room that's clean and that i don't have to hear people having sex in the room next to mine when i'm trying to get some sleep...hahah....so what's the deal with those themed rooms anyways.....? x-men room....matrix room....eqyptian room...i'm not trying to stay at one of those kinds of hotels but that just sounded funny to me when i hear about them.

my bf has been talking to this girl, which apparently he said he just wanted to piss his ex best friend. what happened was, he used to be really close to this best friend, but one day his best friend just decided to look down on my bf, calling him a loser and talking **** behind his back. my bf was cool about it, but he is kind of revengeful in certain manner when he gets upset. so he decides to talk to this girl more, who his best friend likes. well, knowing that this girl likes my bf all this while, my bf takes advantage of this opportunity. I was kind of cool about it at first, but she seemed to be almost everywhere whenever my bf is at. she knows my relationship with my bf, but she's just coming onto him. i told my bf, that i'm cool with him having all this fun, but just don't lead her on. but the way i see it now, they seemed to be getting closer. and i always have this vibe thingy. it's like, if i feel something is wrong it will always happen what i anticipated.

In species that exist as separate male- and female plants, presumably the pollen will come from the male plant, while the seed will develop in the female plant. How can this seed coming from the same female plant develop in separate male- and female plants?
I can see 2 possibilties:
1.
The female flower produces both male- and female seeds. If so, what causes the differentiation between those two kinds of seed, when they develop in the female plant?
2.
The female plant makes only one type of seed that differentiates in male- and female plants only after germination. If so, what causes this differentiation?

Which of these 2 is the right answer?
