If I was the guy I would wait until December before asking her out. He can get into trouble and have to go to jail. My brother was 23 when he was dating a 17 year old girl. I warned him and told him he should wait until she turns 18. He did not listen. He got caught and had to serve a 6 month sentence in jail and also had to do lots of hours of community service. He had a hard time in jail not fun in there. It really messed him up. They have him labeled as a child predator for the rest of his life. He is now 33 years old and still has to deal with it. I say wait.

i don't think of it is incorrect. you're 17 and he's 22. i think of it is large! you're purely 5 years aside. however the style you write, you at the instant are not mature, so intercourse CAN come into the image and break your existence, yet, i don't think of it is incorrect is you recognize what you're doing. :) dating is in no way unlawful. Having intercourse is. yet on account which you're only approximately 17 besides, the sexual consent age for many states is sixteen or 17, so whether you had intercourse, your quickly to be boyfriend does not get in complication.
