1. calculate the repayment yu must make on the loan
A = 200000 * 0.005

1 – (1.005)25*12
= $1288.60
2. at the end of the fifth year you is repaying the loan . How much interest he would save if he repaid at this point.
No. of remaining instalment = 20 * 12 =240
Payout figure = 1288.60 * 1-(1.005)-240

=179863.78
Savings=1288.60 * 240 – 179863.78
= $129400.22
3. at the end of tenth year there is a rise in interest to 9%
calculate the new repayment amount.
Terms of loan = (25-10) = 15*12 =180
I = 9%/12
= 179863.78 * 0.0075
------------------------
1- 1.0075-180
= $1824.29
4. if he wants to continue with original repayments how many additional years are required to repay the loan.
Additional payment for 15 yrs = (1824.29-1288.60)*120

over into the USA after the USA did build a wall the whole length of the border and the ILLEGALS from Mexico or any other part were still try crossing over....
(a) For the Illegal immigrant supporters ......What would your reaction be to the use of USA "Military" and to the "shoot to kill policy" and how would you go about protecting or what would you do to protect the illegals that you currently support.
(b) for us the non supporters ...The shoot to kill policy I guess it wont bother us at all or bother us to much..
Please do note that lots of countries (including Mexico) use military to protect their borders and some countries also have "shoot to kill" policies..

I really wished that it would. It's not the style of music that I have a problem with. It is the fact that this particular genre is dominated by people who talk about nothing but sex, drugs, and violence. These things have been talked about in all types of music, but none as strongly as hip hop. If hip hop communicated positive messages and gave inspiration, it still wouldn't be MY favorite, but I would hate it a lot less. Now, rap is just shallow. Why is that?

P.S. What genre do you think will be in style after the hip hop age? And is anyone else tired of popularizing a new genre every decade? I really wish that people could see past all the junk and pick out the music that really matters.

I'm thinking about going to Jerusalem next year. But I would like to know how it is there.
How is the food there? Is it really dangerous there? How do people treat foreigners (ex. Germans)? Is it expensive? Is it easy to get a job there? How are the people there? How are the Jewish guys there...good looking, friendly, romantic, open, faithful, do they like black girls? I heard Israeli guys have a hard time showing their emotions, is that true?
Most of the Jewish and Middle Eastern guys I've met are gorgeous. And I don't care what the stereotype says, but I love their noses!!
