They are both Omega 6 and very plentiful in our SAD diet. What you need to increase is Omega 3 such as Olive Oil and Flax seed Oil.

They are pretty equal in nutritive value...both are high in polyunsaturated fats, which decrease your total cholesterol, but that means they also decrease your HDL (good cholesterol)
