Hi, I really want to hit the gym and improve my body but I am afraid that I will slip into unhealthy body weight if I start excercising. I am 26, 166cm (66inch) 45-47kg (110 pounds) and my BMI on the lower edge or outside the table at all. I want to get more active, start running, get some muscles. Most importantly, I want to get a flat muscly belly and toned nice bottom and tighs.
Any help please? Most info out there is for people trying to lose weight. I really need advice. Should I run? Should I not? Should I just do some machines? Which ones? (I eat normal, no restrictions, my stomach is flat and I have no excess fat but I am not toned.)

I have a REALLY bad memory.. and its starting to get worse and worse lately. Its affecting my personal life, and my job, and im starting to get serious anxiety over how bad things will get from this point on.

People, please it seem like these days every time a person has a problem they are mentally ill. If you cry because your mother dies, your depressed. If you cain't sleep you have insomia. If your traunatized, you have Bi-Polar. Bull ****.Psychiatrist must have OCD, it is their job to analyze and probe rentlessely. Could it just be, we are people dealing with life problems, and have the ability to look for answers presistentely. Where does it stop?

I am in college. I have a class with this girl I have had my eye on for a few weeks now.

We've met up once already at a coffeehouse where we talked for a little over an hour - the basics were covered (favorites, interests, etc).

She really seems to respond more to things I ask/tell her over Facebook - moreso than in-person.

The problem I have is this: she is really quiet! She will answer questions I ask her, and respond to conversation I initiate, but she will not ask me any questions, and she never starts up a conversation with me!!!

How can I get her to feel more comfortable around me and willing to let her guard down/be more talkative?

Some Christians, (not all) claim that Jesus implied that he was God. From the above verses, we
see that Jesus denied being God. It now leaves the Christians who believe Jesus is God to provide
just one single verse in the Bible where Jesus says "I am God". There is no such verse, so we see from
the many quotes above, that the House did not belong to Jesus, it belonged to the ONE WHO
SENT him
