im 16 and i have been having some pains like in my lower abdomen, before and after my periods and i dont know what it is. My periods have been to frequent and heavy. like i will have 2 periods every month then after that i wont get one. they are heavy i change a pad every hour. I havent told anybody about this not my mom,dad, aunt or anybody. I dont really want to see a doctor because i have this privacy issue going on and i dont believe i will be comfortable with anthing they will have to do. I havent even discussed this with my pediatrician and im not too sure if i should or shouldnt. I just want to know whether it is serious or can i just let this go. Im not to good with pain and i really do want it to go away but im so freaked out right about now. Im not sexually active in any way,(waiting for that special person in marriage). Oh yeah i started my period when i was 11 and now im 16 and i know they should be regular now but i dont want to see a gyno. Please help me . Thanks

My husband keeps his head shaved at a # 0 to a # 1, he gets awful ingrown hairs what can we do to clear this problem up? He was in the military so it had to be short...so now that's how he always keeps it...very short. I know that the ingrown hairs hurt him and I am not talking about just one or two it's more like ten to twelve each day. Does anyone know of a cure or at least something that we can do that will help? I hate to have to pull them all out. Any quick fixes or solutions would be a great help!

He cannot leave it coz he is addicted for more than 22 yrs. I know he will die soon. I m bi-polar depression. So I cannot study or do job or do business.(I have tried to run a business but it flopped) I don't know what to do. My mom is ok but she will almost die when my dad get expired. my brother is schizophenia.MY sister hates me for ever.Of course she is rich. I don't know what to do? this question has plagued me since i can remember. when i go on dates with girls, a lot of them have different personalities and i am always hesitant to make the first move because i dont know how they would take it, i know u shouldnt think about that and just do it, but i get scared that maybe they think that im going too fast or something and im scared of losing them, when is the "right" time to make a move on someone??

Hello, im a college freshman and am gearing towards fulfilling with 3 semesters of a foreign language. I chose french because I had taken Spanish in High School; I already knew spanish so it was an easy A. However french is a different story. The class is french 101 and im having trouble getting it all. The first chapter consisted of learning the endings such as -E, -ES, -E, ...etc,among other things. The second chapter was learning number, telling time, and all these new words and sentence structures. There was a midterm on those two chapters and i studied hard, even though i felt i learned nothing at all. I luckly received a B but it was a low B. And i'm an all A's student. Now were are on chapter 3 and 4 with a midterm coming up soon, which consists of all these other things i have no clue about. The book is Contacts. Everyone in my class knows a bit of french as they all enrolled for an easy A but i have no clue at all and wish to learn the language, but right now earn that A++++
