which town? go to a park, a picnic, or see a movie. theres not to many things that are cheap these days.

Depending on the weather. Go sit in the park or town square and watch the people go by. If it is safe go for a leisurely stroll through the neighbohoods. We have a lot of Little Theaters in the area and they have plays that you can see for 10-20 dollars. That's not much more than the movies with popcorn and drinks. There are usually only 40-50 people in the audience and you feel so into it in that intimate setting. Bowling is a good pastime that is not too pricey too. Or roller or ice skating. Or take your scrabble or chess board and sit out at Starbucks or somewhere where you can just hang out, people watch and play the game.

Go for a walk in the Park. Just because the town is cheap doesn't mean you can't find inexpensive things to do that are fun.

there is window shopping, you don't have to spend a dime. just look, browse. go to antique shops and look. go to the library. there are many things in town you can do with out costing a thing or very little if any. hope that one helps. good luck
