My baby is 6 months old and is solely on formula milk. I want to stop breast feeding and wean him. How should I go about it? I'm a working mum and have never used a breast pump. They are very expensive and not so readily available. The problem is my boobs get so full and begin hurting as well as dripping with milk especially if I take tea or have lunch at work in the course of the day, such that I cant wait to get home and feed him. Please advice. How can they stop getting so full and hurting?

36 hours and counting until my wedding. I haven't slept but 6 hours in the last 48 and I am wired. I lay down and my head fills with list of things that need done or have been done. I have bi-polar so Manic Episodes are nothing new. I have been taking my medication regularly and the correct doses. I have called my doctor and it seems she is on vacation for 2 weeks and her replacement want to me to come in and change my medication around. I don't want to increase my meds or try new meds so close ot the wedding due to my body's reaction. BUT I NEED TO SLEEP. Any ideas ... I know that after the wedding this will pass. I have been able to get things done having them I am like the energerizer bunny I keep going and going and going .. I know I am not having doubts or cold feet. I really love him and he loves me. After 4 years ya just know these things ..

I have midlength curly/kinky (whatever) hair that i straighten with a flatiron /or hot comb (depends on the day) and i hear that pomade can help tame those days when my hair feels like looking like a puffy triangle of doom . I've mastered the hair line but how do i get the ends to lay flat ? (yes i know how to use the flat iron , i got pro instruction :D , i'm just looking for another way )

p.s. i work in a resturant where i run near the ovens alot (i keep my hair up at work) anyway to keep my hair from curling up too too much during the day ??

I'm Asian, but i'm a Filipina- that means I do not have chinky eyes. I have brown eyes, and I've been wearing purple eyeshadow for quite some time now. My favorite color is blue, and I was wondering: will blue eyeshadow work for me? i found this one from Almay, but it says "for blue eyes."
