Time may be important, but not the day. Fraction of seconds can change the sex of the baby. It is a matter of luck. No mathematics. No geometry. Even science does not work in this domain.

There is maximum probability from 13th or 14th day. This does not imply that it can not be conceived on other days.

first of all I hate it when people get on here and have no idea what their talking about when they answer questions. the first day that you bleed is considered the first day of your cycle, you are most fertile between day 10 and 15 approximately. so yes to your question.
