HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis can be spread through urine or feces if they contained any blood (and many people have kidney stones or intestinal problems where blood can be expelled from the body in urine or feces).
So, if you go snorkeling naked in a used porta-potty, you are exposing yourself to MANY diseases, both lethal and non-lethal, even E-coli. All you need is a tiny pin-prick of an open wound.
The odds are that you would indeed become ill.
And besides the risks.. YUCK!

If you had an open wound you would it would probably get infected and you could get sick. If you have a snorkel and mask it should protect you. Your skin should protect you from that ****.
