I have two daughters ages 6 and 4.Everything is OK during day.I leave them at school and kindergarten,then go to work,then my 6-year-old comes at home alone.In the evening my neighbour takes the 4-year-old from kindergarten and when they cross the road,he leaves her go home.Then at 21:00 I come home and make a dinner.But my job is such,that I have to go sometimes at night and come back during next day.When I leave at nigh,I'm worrying for not telling "Goodbye" to my daughters(they sleep at the time) and leave them alone without telling them anything.Should I wake them up in the middle of the night to say "goodbye" or just leave them a note?

I was talk ing to the manager of my local fish shop and he told me that it would be ok to keep discus in my community tank. My tank is big enough to keep these fish. All i can find on the internet about it is that they are delecate to water quality. So my question is will they be alright? will they kill all my other fish? or was he just trying to push for a sell? the fish shop had guppys in with some discus.

we call today as modern, but when we progress furthermore into the future, will we call that day modern too? since it is more modern than before, therefore by calling it modern, it will sound like we havent progressed at all...shall we coin a new word after modern? what will the word be???? I have forked out about £300 memebership fee last year + £50pcm
and only went about 15 times for the whole year -what stunning value !!! I have since cancelled. Whilst I have felt the benefits of excercise - it's just that it is so boring !! and maintaing a regime can be really difficult. Any ideas out there? or does anyone know of any pay-as-you gyms within the London area? I think MOTIVATION must be the key problem here!

Hi, my second front tooth is twisted a bit around, and I think it looks a bit ugly - only close up though. Can a retainer - one of those plastic clear ones, or wire one, fix this and rotate it back around?

Also can a retainer push back teeth so that they protrude less. My teeth as basically perfect but a little protruding..
