I´m pregnant with my first baby and to be honest i am really scared at the prospect of giving birth.... i´ve heard all the horror stories about how painful it is and i dont think i could handle that.... so ive chosen to have an epidural and was wondering could anyone tell me do you still feel pain or not?...

And for anyone whos thinking of lecturing me on why i should´nt have an epidural and should instead have a natural birth... save it... theres no way im going through that pain and trauma when i dont have to.

I want to start exercising again to lose about 30 pounds. The gym I belong to offers Hatha yoga classes, which I'm thinking about doing in addition to cardio workouts. What are the physical fitness benefits of yoga and would it be worth my time in aiding with my weight loss?? What sort of physical / outward appearance results will I see by doing yoga?

THE SAME RULE APPLIES TO THE INTERNET and the Internet Archive is stealing. We will continue to try to stop them and arrest the activities of all who work with them. I'm 16, and im really interested in this guy. Ive gotten to know him a bit and so far so good. He asked me out on a date and I told him i was bit hesitant for several reasons. As he said I like him but im afraid to like him. my parents arent a walk in the park and the history of the boys being players in my school (84%girls) is making me hold back. I asked my mom (she's the lighter of the two) if i could possibly go out with him. and she gave me a direct no. She wants to do the whole meeting him, grilling him, and giving me a yes or no. I dont want to put him in that situation and wish they would just ease of on the leash. Im very responsible, Christian, have my priorities in check and still im in this freaking leash. How can i make my parents understand that i'm not a baby any more and its ok for me to start dating?

I got dumped by my fiance last Thursday....well we work at the same place and I have done everthing in my power to avoid him, I know I'll have to face him sooner or later, but the fact is I messedd this up and now I have to face the consequences....I had to move out of the house he just bought and my kids as well, now don't you think that if he loved me enough to marry he should have stayed by my side to help with my issues....for better or worse, right?

I would really like to know the logic behind the soul. I thought that everyone knew that all our cognitive functions and thoughts came from our brain. It turns out, some people believe some magical thing called the soul has something to do with making us us. I want to know what the soul is believed to do. Where is the soul located? Is it just a coincidence that people believe that it's in the head (where our brain happens to be)? If someone is in an accident and part of their brain is damaged, they sometimes become a different person. Is their soul damaged too? If the soul is entirely magical and in no way physical, wouldn't science be able to detect which part of us it influences, since that part wouldn't be attributed to anything physical part of us?
