how come i need to boil the water.? I use bottled spring water at room temp..not tap water. Is that still ok.

There is this guy that lives in the front house with a few other people that my mum rents out.he is 28 and I am 19 ,I have known him now for about 2 years he is very quite and a shy guy though his really nice and one night we where talking on msn and we kinda said how we like each other and he said he wanted to kiss me and very time he sees me he smiles and looks straight into my eyes like his melting lol.I couldnt as I felt wierd coz my mum was home and I told him this and he agreed and he sent me a rose . Ive been working for this company for more than 4 years now and ive always dreamt of becoming a manager. Now the tables has been turned and i was offered if i wanted to get the position. It will be a higher step from office administrator to assistant manager. I have few concerns the risk i am taking can affect me , my boss and my company if i failed. I have been wanting this job for a long time now its here im getting scared cos it wont be an easy job.the pay is good. but im not sure how will i be dealing with assholes and people who discriminate me .a woman and a filipina.
I dont know my boss is worried and bothered if i take the job. his actually confusing me too.he even mentioned if i wont take the job he will be relieved. so i dont know if his just selfish or actually making an offer. let me know what you tihnk about it.

I got a ticket recently for not properly stopping at a stop sign. I was in a neighborhood right next to my house. I live in California and live in Orange County. Im pretty sure i stopped for atleast 2 seconds before accelerating past the stop sign because there was a car taking a right perpendicular to my car and i waited for him to finish taking the right before going. The cop said I did a "California Stop" and he said I didnt come to a complete stop. I was wondering if I should contest the ticket, and what is the possiblility I can win the ticket. Also I am wondering if anyone every tried fighting a ticket and the cop didnt show up, and what the ticket was for.

What is God's name?
Do you believe in blood transfusions and why or why not?
Does the denomination have rules of how a person should dress?
......example women must where dresses and men in suits
Does your denomination talk about the kindom being in heaven or on earth after the coming of Christ?
Are there certain things you are not allowed to consume and what are they and why?
