There is this guy that lives in the front house with a few other people that my mum rents out.he is 28 and I am 19 ,I have known him now for about 2 years he is very quite and a shy guy though his really nice and one night we where talking on msn and we kinda said how we like each other and he said he wanted to kiss me and very time he sees me he smiles and looks straight into my eyes like his melting lol.I couldnt as I felt wierd coz my mum was home and I told him this and he agreed and he sent me a rose . After that I said do u like me or not and he said ...Im really not shure ,Im not really looking for a girlfriend at the moment ??? what the hell .would any one have a clue what this guy could be thinking or if he even does like me ? thankyou so much for your help and time ;)

He's letting you know he's not really into haveing you as a girlfriend. only to play and fool around with you a bit. And you don't need that .
i would stay away from this guy honey. He's a bit older and has more experience. and you need to go a bit slower right now.
You said what could he be thinking. He could be thinking bad things and knows your much younger and that he could take advantage of you right now as your not thinking the way he thinks. and remember he told you he wasn't looking for a girlfriend too. So why bother getting to know any more of him. he 'd be only after one thing and leave you hurt or worse in trouble

For one, the age difference is really rough (and I can say that as I tried, very briefly, dating a guy who was 27 when I was 19). In this case it sounds more like he's trying to use you. He's expressing interest in you, but doesn't want a girlfriend right now. I hate to say it, but it sounds more like he's looking for easy sex.

give it time. he could have just been playing along that one night on msn. so who knows. just be patient and see what happens and if you dont want to be patient then just move on and find someone else!

I think he is looking at you b/c you are young and he thinks you are dumb. Be leery of his type. He possibly is up to no good if he can't actually vome to see you and your mom be at home.
