dont use clearasil and dont scrub scrub scrub both will only cause more spots!!!! exfoliating or scrubbing should be done but if you have a greasy skin (which it sounds cause of the spots) you should only do this once or twice a week, not once or twice a day as this increases the circulation and makes everything work faster, hence more spots!!!! fins a good beauty salon and they will suggest what to use, the elemis range have a mask called exotic fruit mask and i always use this to reduce the redness of my spots!! a quick fix maybe needed but it will generally make your skin worse in the long run!!

Scrub, scrub, scrub. That's all I can say. Don't use the bleaching creams. They make your skin thin. A good cleaning regime is key to healthy looking skin. I myself who used to have a lot of spots and black marks use Proactive solution. It consist of a cleanser (scrub) with benzoyl peroxide, toner and a lotion also with benzoyl peroxide. I swear by it since it made my skin clear up. I can also recommend microdermabrasion to get ride of the marks.
Good luck.
