In an Anthropology class several years ago, while studying different economic systems (I'm pretty sure we were on Capitalism), the teacher told us a word which could be used to describe the various means that the system has to insure that the poverty class believes that success is possible if you only work hard enough for it. I can't find it in my text book, nor can I contact the teacher. This would sure be a handy work to know...

I am sick and tired of all the police corruption. I think that this will be the perfect plan to weed them out.

I think we need to have a Citizens Investigatory Commission armed with Poly Graph and lie detection equipment. We need to ask a series of questions to every police officer every six months.

These questions would be as follows.

1. Have you or have you witnessed any Police Misconduct within the last six months?

2. Have you or have you framed any suspects, lied, or manipulated the constitution. Lied under oath or have done any other wrongdoing concerning suspects.

3. Have you or any officer used any excessive force or brutality?

4. Have you or any officer covered up or used the Blue Shield to sweep under the rug any criminal activity by the police force.

5. Have you or any officer engaged in any criminal activity felonies or misdimeanors?

6. Have you or any officers used your position in appropriately for gain?

There could be more.

My girlfriend found out i was a virgin through some of my friends, and we ended up talking about it. In the middle of the conversation she told me "It's ok ur a virgin,my last boyfriend didn't lose his virginity until he was 21". The thing that scares me about that is that she is 14 and i am too,i also heard her boyfriend is gangbangin',my friends said she said her last boyfriend was a Latin King. What should i do?,i love her but she does quite akward things. The thing i also hate is that she kisses everyone on the cheek,i though she only kissed me on the cheek,but i found out she kisses al of her friends on the cheek,best friend,cousin ect. HELP ME!

Look,she's not trashy not a hoar. I think with kissing on the cheeks part it might have something to do with her nationality,she's Peruvian/Codorian/Puerto Rican. Ive known this girl for a few years now. Shes been single for a while and we flirt around once in a while. For some reason I told her i wasnt just trying to have sex with her. And that seems its the only reason we flirt because it never goes any farther. Just the other night we had a few drinks and she stayed over and we slept together real close but didnt have sex. It seems she respected me saying i wasnt tryin to bang her.
