The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.

But, really, it depends on what kind of chick flick you're looking for. I go crazy for sweet movies about couples who really love each other or just...you know, typical "movie romance". But, I'm a girl who isn't into action movies or westerns, so I consider all of my favorite movies to be "chick flicks". Sooo...I'd have to say:

Garden State, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, My Life Without Me, The Royal Tenenbaums, Willard, Good Will Hunting, Ghost World, Birth, A Walk To Remember, Thirteen Going On Thirty, A Cinderella Story, Closer, In America, Harold and Maude, Brokeback Mountain, Little Black Book.

The Notebook is a beautiful romance, and girls love it, but there's something about it that a lot of guys like too. So it's really good for a date because it's likely that both people will enjoy it. The main guy character is just a totally likeable down-to-earth guy, and I think guys like the movie because it's the girl that is the wrong-doer in this movie and has to come and suck up to the guy (and it helps that Rachel McAdams in the lead female role is absolutely gorgeous, my boyfriend was happy to sit through it just to watch her!) Anyway it's a great movie I thoroughly recommend it.
