'Know of a very funny "mental health" joke or something?

A large church group (it will be women and men) asked me to give a twenty-minute talk...sharing my experience with my mental illness. (I'm bipolar, but it will be on mental health in general.) Obviously it can't be insulting, but needs to help focus them on the important things I want to share, following the opening. I just want to relax them up a bit ... help get past some of the outdated stigmas associated with mental illness.

Any other tips or thoughts on this???

Is there anything that you can do after you have lost your car/job/ money to the lawyer and the credit card companys have turned you in to collections? Before all this, I was a 4.0 student with a good credit line and had everything. I got in an accident which the cops lied and I get to go to jail for a year. I am trying to figure out how to rebuild my life. i have no idea where to start. now I know why people kill themselves. basically, I will be coming back into society with nothing. just the clothes on my back

I have two sisters and I love one of them much more than the other one. Am I "out of order" I have tried to get on with her but I cant, And with my other sister there is just something extra there I would die for her. Both sisters are my full biologic sisters. Is this normal?
