Man-handling something means being rough with it, or using a lot of strength on it, since in general men are the stronger, rougher, more aggresive gender, I guess. It can apply to people as well(i.g."I man-handled that b*&ch") I guess woman-handling something would apply to crystal glasses, fine china, and tiny babies? lol.

'Manhandling' is a term used when forcing something by using muscle rather than brains.
Like lifting a heavy box alone rather getting help. (Also refers to a man handling a woman forcibly, though not necessarily in a sexual way).

I agree with that. It probably would be considered rude though to say it to a woman.
