Get real should be self explanatory, maybe at the time you were being irrational or un realistic.
Right, is simply sarcasm. Change the conversation as soon as you hear that.

When I say "get real", I mean "get a grip on reality" and when I say "right", I mean that I think I'm being snowed (lied to) or on rare occasions, I'm in agreement.
