I hate to admit this, but I'm probably Frasier - pompous, intellectual, with a roaring emotional core that is seldom revealed and a deep and meaningful explanation for even the tiniest thing that seems of relevance to him. A good-hearted overthinking fairly snobbish guy with a large capacity to care and an equal capacity to realise that his caring is not always altruistic, and the knack of popping the pomposity of others by using his own....and as this long-winded paragraph will have aptly shown, like Frasier, I also have the uncanny knack of talking out of my backside and never quite knowing when to quit while I'm ahead...

I AM Diane-ish . I cringe at myself sometimes and I'm very aware of this but I can be such a prig if I don't watch out.

Ok I'm Rebecca in the early years. Not the insecure one that got all fat and drooly over her boyfriend. The sarcastic one that wouldn't let Sam get anywhere with her. yeah.....that one. :)
(But with Diane's vocabulary and writing ability *cough*) :D

You know the old dude with the glasses that was always sitting at the bar in the background...that would be me. (on the show that was actually Rhea Perlman's father)
