A family friend in another state just died after a long illness. The family is very poor & the widow has major health problems of her own. I would like to send money instead of flowers, but I'm not sure if it is appropriate.

My BFF is going to France with her family for two months and I wanted to get something as a going away present for her two year old son. I was trying to think of a kitchy saying tshirt or something that is hip in France. Nothing that screams "I'm an American hear me roar" like tourists getting the UK flag hats when visiting England.....

i have this guy whom i really like and we`ve known each other for long but never had the chance to date `cos maybe he wasnt sure of himself then or something. now fate has brought us together somehow. he has finally spoken up and atimes he wishes we had hooked up a long time ago. he even admits it was `cos of his corwardness. he is good u know. on the bed, nice to me and okay you know... just great to be with and i`m thankful fate did this one favour of bringing back someone i really liked back to me. i thank God everyday. well well..... u might be wonderin` if all along has been nice, why am i writing dis right? well, the problem here is dat this my guy here is kinda..... do i say occupied with things,it might be his cluster of friends. i hate to say dis, but i think he dosen`t have much time for me and i wonder why he wooed me in the first place. is he immature or wot? he spends most of the time wit his friends. atimes i accuse him of this and even call him a gay which he laughs off

everytime I see him he ALWAYS give me a hug and never let's go. when he kisses his girl-friend and i'm around he tries to do the same with me. Aside from his girl-friend i'm the only one that he hugs.

I have alot of neutral colors in my home and i would like some advice on colors for the kitchen. I have an older style kitchen and the cabinet doors have some engraved lines on the front of the door which I think would need to be a different color than the rest of the door. I was thinking about painting the doors a light wheat brown and then all the trim around the doors and the engraved parts a chestnut brown and the walls around the kitchen a creamy color. I dont know if this will look old or to dull? I need help! Ant suggestions or do you think Ive chosen the right colors? Thanks!

I had the water supply ran when the house was built a couple of months ago. Now I am ready to put an icemaker in my freezer. I am pretty handy, did a lot of building my own home, installed all the ceiling fans and the garbage disposal myself, is this something I should be able to do or do I need to call a pro?
