everytime I see him he ALWAYS give me a hug and never let's go. when he kisses his girl-friend and i'm around he tries to do the same with me. Aside from his girl-friend i'm the only one that he hugs.

Oh pleazzzzzzzzzzze! He is not married - consider him open game. Fair warning though - he sounds like a guy that with a roaming eye. If he can't be faithful to his current girlfriend what makes you think he will be any different with you? hmmmm.

You will never never know unless you ask him. Also be careful he does have a girlfriend. Remember even if you two did get together who's to say he won't do the same thing to you.
