I have equity in the house. I now have a 15 year amortization and I was thinking of going 20 to keep my payments down. What do you think?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years, and at times I wish we could get married, but at 22 and 23, with me still in school and him just starting a job, I know we aren't ready. I know he plans to marry me someday, but at what point, at what age, have I waited too long? I would like to get married in 3 years, but I have a very strong feeling he won't ask in the next year or two. He talks about not getting married until he's 30, but I don't know if he is serious or just picks that age b/c it is a "safe" distance away. I don't want to wait that long. He talks about wanting to have his feet on the ground financially (I do too) and have established his name within his business. I don't think any of that is irrational, but why can't he do the establishing while married? I love him dearly, and can't imagine marrying someone else, but at what point do I have to call it quits? At what point do I walk away knowing that he will never marry me

I have a HUGE problem! Last year I accused my friend of stealing from me. Later we got back together. Then one day she asked me if she can borrow this book. I said NO becuase it's a VERY important book for me! I published a poem in it. And I noticed that the book was gone one day! So I went to her house and I found the book! But, she says that that is not my book. She sais that her aunt sent it to her. Her story was very suspicous and I KNOW she stole the book from me! I cannot accuse her of stealing because she will get mad at me and won't give me back my book she will lie and say it's hers! I JUST WANT MY BOOK BACK! It means the world to me! And I won't be able to get another one ever again! I don't think that it's sold in stores. So please please please help me! What should I do? I can't accuse her of lying and stealing because she will lie and say "no no no it's MY book" and I wil never get it back. It's over as soon as I get my book! But how?! What can I do to MAKE her confesse!

I am a Cross Country and Track runner, and am interested in improving my mile time. I have very good endurance, but my issue with running the mile is my body gets very tired running at that speed (even though I can hold my breath, lol). I absolutely detest speed training, like running quarters, but our coach had us do fartlek for the first time the other day- I LOVE it. I hate speed, but love fartlek. I could do fartlek all day long. Can I substitute speed for fartlek? When I do fartlek, I usually do it for 3 minute intervals. Three minutes of jogging, three minutes of 125% 1 mile pace, three minutes jogging, etc. Is this a suitable substitute for speed?
