I'm adopting a kitten that was born eyeless. I wanted to know if anyone here knows of any complications she may face in the future?

I know she has a high possibilty of getting infections, and she will most likely have her eyes sewn shut. I work at a vet's office, but I want others opinions, especially owners that have had a simillar situation.

I was invited to a cookout..after the cook out this lady puts in a movie with BUFFY THE BODY (who is known for having a big a*s*s).She wanted me to look at how big this ladies butt was.She got really into it and we watched the whole movie...I didnt know what to say or think so I didnt do or say anything.Could she have been trying to let me know something?Is she a lesbian or bi-sexual??

well since the last few months i'm noticing that my teeth are turning yellowish...i brush my teeth regularly and i dont smoke as well.....i am planning to see a dentist but i fear that will be painful as he wil come up with lots of defects in my teeth...so before seeing a doc i want to find a solution myself...is there any home remedy or someone even told me it happens because of lack of calcium..is that so?

My house has a new natural gas furnace in a room tht is about 6ft wide, 14 long and 3-5 feet high. The room has an entry door, and a large 2x2ft vent going to the furnace and and exhaust pipe out the roof. There is plenty of extra space around the furnace and I am wondering if it would be safe to store stuff up there, like boxes and a table. Any special packing materials? Anything I should not store up there besides the obvious like combustible liquids?

i've been in a new job for bout three and half weeks. i don't really feel as if i'm fitting in.
i'm making loads of mistakes - i get told bout jobs that i haven't finished or things that i should have done where other staff have had to re-trace my steps.
i don't do it on purpose, but i'm worried that it's more than teething troubles and that the other staff are getting anoyed

i do have a lot of experience doing this kind of job and like doing it.

i'm not sure what to do - i've not been there too long so i don't really feel like a can chat to anyone yet.
i just want to know that i'm doing ok cos i go in thinking what am i going to do wrong today. i really don't want to be the weak link.

i hope someone can help !!

My husband got layed off last week and when he called the unemployment agency they said they could not send him any money because his company has never filed his wages (he's been working there over a year and they have no record of him at all). My question is - is this legal? And how do we go about getting his wages reported so that we can collect unemployment while he looks for another job? He called his company already and they said they would look into it - but a while ago, we asked them to send us his w2 forms and they never did (despite he called like once a day) so we aren't sure they will even check.
I'm not sure if it matters but he works for a union as an electrician.

Advice would be much appreciated.

Here is my take on it: without the years and years of slave labor, America might not be the super power it is today. It may not be the job of the government, but don't you think the American industries who benefited greatly from slave labor owe something to slave's ancestors?

PS if your comment starts with "It was so many years ago/get over it" you can save yourself the trouble, as I've heard that one before...

I am not sure what I am looking to do with my life and I really feel naive as to what I am qualified for. I am looking for a change but don't even have a clue as to what field to go into. Any good advice?

I have lots of great phone sales experiance. I am very good with people, and I am extreamly good at edicute. I am also a pretty quick typer and I can retype documents very well also. I am able to use a computer well and the following programs MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. I am also good at researching on the internet.

However I am not very good at spelling, and I relie on spell check compleatly. I am great when given a task, I complete it within the deadlines to the best of my ability. I am a great motivation to the people that I have managed in the past. I am a very positive thinker most of the time.

If there is anyone out there with advice please pass it on. I am so confused at the moment with what I would like to do with my life.
