I want to open electronic company...... i want know the basic step to do it.. how can i stsrt with it.?

I can work hard.... i have great interest in doing that, if any one assist me by ging companies web sute ID or so...... iam very great full to them,plzzzzzz help me in doing that.

First of all you should take it as a Mission, meaning you should know what you are going to achieve with it and your goals. It should not be something like making money which is not true mission. It is how well you are going to do the job of running an Electronic Industry, whom I am going to serve, how I am going to satisfy my customer etc;. Then you should have a vision, meaning how I am going to meet my targets given the mission statement. Then you figure out how much you have to invest in your mission.
