Hi, I am a 19 year old male, my height is 5'10'' and my body structure is fit but I'm too much skinny, I do go to gym, I can lift really well, In short I want to tell you that I am all fit but apparently I'm skinny.
Please tell me how can get a bit fat, I want to ask about a healthy diet schedule that will 'inflate' me. No food suplements etc I want just natural treatment through diet.
So What Should I Take In My Diet?
