I dont think my foreskin will go back. Does it gotta go back all the way?

Your foreskin doesn't have to initially go back all the way for intercourse. Even when the foreskin is covering the entire glans, it usually gets pulled back during sex anyway. Of course you can have sex without the foreskin ever pulling back and not have it hurt, but it won't feel as good as if it could be pulled back.
You should be able to pull it back all the way when erect and unerect. If not then you might have phimosis where the opening of your foreskin is tight or small. If this is the case, just stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain (kind of like making the radius bigger) for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks that should be remedied. If this doesn't work there are prescription creams that'll help. If that doesn't help, there are still many other options other than circumcision.

How old are you?
Generally this problem comes out during the developmente and noticed with the first masturbations. The foreskin has to move to-and-fro freely and easily uncovering completely the glans.
If it is too tight that just is a common inconvenience called Phimosis. For having a satisfactory sexual life and avoid infections it could be the case to do a short surgery that practically consists in a bit slash around the skin (and not a complete circumcision!).

my boyfriend isn't circumcized. but what we did was i'd give him head until he was hard and when it was hard the foreskin peels back on its own. but when its soft it'll be harder to pull the foreskin back. so i recommend that you get a little hard, or really hard that way you wont have to worry about pulling it back before you stick it in :D but the foreskin does go back all the way.

i am a guy with foreskin, and when you have sex your penis will work just fine, to me it makes sex even better, you will be happy that you are natural...Alan
